THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE FREEDOM LADDER AND ITS AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, “THE FREEDOM LADDER,” “WE,” “US,” or “OUR”) STATING THE TERMS OF USE THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE FREEDOM LADDER WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THEREON (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”). BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

(a) any registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;

(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information;

(c) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

(d) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or obligation (including any contractual obligations to third parties). You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The Site and all content provided are for personal, non-commercial use only.

This Agreement remains in full force and effect while you are using the Site unless terminated earlier by us. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site.

All intellectual property rights in the content on this Site are owned by The Freedom Ladder, our licensors, or partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

(a) permit any third party to access the Site;

(b) reproduce, alter, adapt, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content;

(c) frame or mirror any part of the Site;

(d) sell, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site; or

(e) use the Site to build a competing product or service.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to download, view, and print content from the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site has been created for the benefit of The Freedom Ladder’s clients and prospective users. We may modify or discontinue products or services described at any time. You agree not to rely on any product or service descriptions on the Site.

You agree not to:

(i) cover or remove any advertisements;

(ii) interfere with or burden the Site infrastructure;

(iii) bypass access restrictions;

(iv) introduce automated agents or bots; or

(v) tamper with Site functionality or data.

You may link to the Site only if you:

(i) do not frame or alter its appearance;

(ii) do not imply our endorsement or affiliation without consent;

(iii) avoid misleading impressions; and

(iv) remove links at our request.

If you provide personal information, it will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, accessible at t https://www.thefreedomladder.ca/privacy-policy  or from the Site's homepage.

By submitting feedback (comments, suggestions, ideas), you grant The Freedom Ladder the right to use it for any purpose, including development and marketing, without obligation or compensation to you.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Freedom Ladder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $50 CAD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Freedom Ladder, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or acts of government.

Any terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, indemnity, limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts in Ontario.

Violating these terms may result in termination of access to the Site and legal action. We reserve the right to report violations to authorities and take other appropriate actions.

This Agreement (including our Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire understanding between you and The Freedom Ladder regarding your use of the Site.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force.
